For the CTO in media and entertainment

Keep the reasoning behind the roadmap.

Product work moves fast and its decisions leave with the people who made them. A Product Studio records each idea, decision and owner as the work happens.

Sound familiar?

  • A senior product leader left and the reasoning behind a live roadmap left with them.
  • Two teams shipped overlapping product work and nobody caught it until launch.
  • An AI pilot produced something worth keeping and nobody recorded where it came from.

What a Product Studio installs

Lifecycle stage gates

New products developed through defined stages, with owners and decisions recorded.

IP-Lock in the tracking layer

What the Studio creates is coded and dated as it is made.

AI where the framework puts it

IP Companions™ take part in the lifecycle at the points the framework defines.

How it's offered

A custom Studio install: the Innovation Studio Framework™ methodology, IP-Lock™ in the tracking layer, IP Companions™ where the framework gives AI a role, and Symbonic consulting through install and hand-off. Work runs in three gears. Gear 1 is a two-week growth map of what your company holds, how it grows from it today and where growth leaks, ending in which Studio to install first or what to license. You keep the map. Gear 2 is the roadmap and first install; Gear 3 is a small Symbonic team inside yours. A multi-Studio program is never the first purchase. Every engagement is scoped and priced per company.

What's behind it

The one engagement behind the Innovation Studio Framework™ so far is a Content Studio: a development system on Symbonic Creator Cloud™ for AGBO, an artist-led independent film and television studio. No other Studio type has been installed yet. What we bring to the rest is the architecture and working technology we can demonstrate.

Questions

What is a Product Studio?

The Innovation Studio Framework configured for developing and accelerating new products, with stage gates and an IP record underneath.

Where does it start?

With a two-week growth map you keep. For a product line, it shows which stage gates exist today, where IP is created without being recorded, and what a Studio would change.

Pick one product line and we will map where it creates IP today without a record, before anyone talks scope.
