Terms of Use
Last updated: October 25, 2026
These terms govern your use of symbonic.com (the “website”), operated by Symbonic LLC, a California limited liability company (“Symbonic”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What the website is
The website describes Symbonic and the ways to work with us. It does not sell anything, and nothing on it is an offer to contract. Any work with Symbonic is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Using the website
You may view, download and print pages for your own information and for evaluating Symbonic. You may not:
- copy, republish or sell the website’s content except as allowed here or by law;
- use the website in a way that breaks the law or harms Symbonic or anyone else;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the website or the systems behind it, or interfere with how it runs;
- collect content from the website in bulk by automated means, except through search engines and other services that respect our robots.txt file.
Intellectual property
The website’s text, design, graphics and code belong to Symbonic or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Interviews and articles in our blog archive remain the work of their authors and interviewees.
Trademarks
Symbonic LLC’s trademarks include Everyone Thrives®, Symbonic Creator Cloud™, IP-Lock™, IP Companions™, Open Talent Network™ and Changing the World through Storytelling™. You may not use them without our written permission, except to refer to Symbonic accurately. Other names and marks on the website belong to their owners.
Links to other websites
The website links to other organizations’ websites for information. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
What you send us
If you send us ideas, materials or information, please send only what you are entitled to share. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, sending us something does not create a confidential or business relationship. Please do not send confidential material before a written agreement covers it.
Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or current, and nothing on it is legal, financial or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Symbonic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, or for any loss arising from your reliance on its content.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be decided in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and Symbonic agree to their jurisdiction.
