FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes.  Anyone can signup and register for a free plan which gives you the core features outlined above. You get immediate access to Symbonic software and can upgrade at any time.  The free plan is also used for when you are invited to collaborate on projects or receive secure materials from someone.

Can I change my plan?

You can change plans at any time. Changing plans is instant; you'll simply pay the difference and remain on the same monthly or annual cycle.

What are the payment options?

We currently accept credit card payments, but if you are interested in paying via ACH, you can reach out to our Sales team who can answer any questions.

What are workspaces and who can I add to my workspace?

Symbonic is built for both teams and individuals. Our team plan includes a personal workspace for every member of an account as well as a team Workspace. Our Company and enterprise plans allow you to create multiple team workspaces. You can invite people to any team workspace from your account management dashboard.

What admin tools come with the team and company plans?

The plans comes with tools that allow you to choose the level of access for the members on the workspace. Selections include admin, team, and collaborator. Only account owners can access billing information.

Do I get a refund if I deactivate seats from my team Workspace?

We'll apply a prorated credit to your account for any paid Workspace members that are deactivated. This credit will be applied to future charges for your Workspace.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription, annual or monthly, will automatically renew until you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription by downgrading to the free plan. After you cancel, you’ll still have access to all the paid features until the end of your billing cycle.
